We provide a platform for customers to book new DTH connections (Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV, Dish TV, Sun Direct), process account recharges, and request technical support/technician visits at their premises.
For new connections, "Free Standard Installation" covers basic setup and up to 10 meters of cable wire (as provided by the respective DTH company). Any additional materials required during installation will be charged extra directly by the visiting technician:
All DTH recharges processed through our support team are final. Once a recharge is successfully credited to your DTH account / Customer ID, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances. Please double-check your Customer ID before confirming.
If you book a technician for a fault (No Signal, Box Issue, Relocation), a standard visiting charge is applicable. We do our best to resolve issues promptly. However, any hardware replaced (like LNB, Adapter, Remote) carries a warranty as per the manufacturer's terms.
Set-top boxes provided during new connections come with a standard 1-year warranty directly from the respective DTH Brand (e.g., Tata Play, Airtel). DTHAssist.in is a service facilitator and does not directly manufacture or provide separate warranties for the hardware.
DTHAssist.in shall not be held liable for any interruption in your TV viewing experience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
